Patrice and Michael-October 2014

Patrice and Michael “Woody” chose St. John as the location for their October 2014 wedding after visiting St. John in November of 2013. Planning with the two of them was so much fun! And due to some convenient scheduling, Patrice and I were able to meet in Massachusetts twice in the year leading up to their big day.

The happy couple and the majority of their guests stayed at beautiful Sirenusa, located above Cruz Bay.  Their Ceremony took place on the property and was followed by a casual cocktail hour complete with Steel Pan played by Albion.  Guests then headed to start the party at Waterfront Bistro while the newlyweds snuck off with Elisha Orin to Hawksnest Beach.

Once they arrived back in town, the couple along with their bridal party took some fun photos around Cruz Bay before entering their Reception.

Guests were greeted with the couple’s signature drink, a Pimm’s cup, one of the groom’s favorites.  The dining tables were named after different St. John beaches and were beautifully decorated with flower boxes that were assembled by Woody himself.  Roses Too really wowed everyone with the stunning floral arrangements.

DJ Adonis kept the crowd entertained throughout dinner and then really kicked the party in to full gear once dessert was served.  The happy bride and groom danced the night away with their guests.   Their night ended with guests helping bring 25 pizzas from Joe’s Rum Hut back to Sirenusa for a post-Wedding pool party.

Thank you to all of our amazing vendors for making this wedding so spectacular.  A big thank you to Peter and the incredible Waterfront Bistro for going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
